Automatic processing rules are run on each incoming message once it enters our server. These can be used to introduce more advanced features, like:

• automatically moving incoming messages to selected folder according to message subject or other attribute,
• automatically relaying messages to other employees based on custom criteria,
• automatically marking messages with priorities, flags etc.

The old mail server (poczta.uksw.edu.pl) had a similar feature known as Filters.
