Each student and employee of our university is eligible to access the Microsoft Office 365 service suite.
Office 365 offer includes:
- free access to all Microsoft Office applications in the always up-to-date actual Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus edition;
- this includes the latest releases of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Skype for Business, Publisher and Access;
- eligibility to install the application suite on 5 PC or Mac computers, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones;
- 1 TB of personal space on the OneDrive virtual storage.
How to install Microsoft Office suite?
To download the software, please log on directly on the office365.uksw.edu.pl website, using the UKSW identifier credentials. Please append the @uksw.edu.pl string to your login, e.g. identifier@uksw.edu.pl. The password is the same as the password for logging in, e.g. to USOSweb or university computers.
⚠️ Eligibility to use the suite expires once you terminate your course of study or employment!
Does the student / employee have access to their account after graduation / termination of the employment contract?
Your subscription to Office 365 ProPlus will expire at the end of your studies / employment contract and your Office applications will go into reduced functionality mode. You will still be ableto view and print documents, but you will not be able to edit them and create new ones. Online services assigned to your university email address, such as Office Online and OneDrive, will stop working. To avoid losing files on your OneDrive, move them to a private drive before you end your studies / employment contract.
