Microsoft Stream is another service made available to UKSW employees and students as part of the Office 365 package. It allows the users of the organization to upload, view and share video. In Stream, you can also manage movie permissions.

Stream permissions

1. Log in to the Office 365 service and select Stream.

 

2. Go to My content → Videos.

 

3. Next to the selected movie, select the Update video details option.

 

4. In the Permissions → Viewers section, only the team owner should own the video, and remember not to select the Allow everyone in your company to view this video option.
